Teaches the basics of snorkeling and freediving techniques with mask, fins and snorkel for comfortable surface enjoyment of the aquatic world. Basic freediving fundamentals are taught to help the snorkeler experience the oceans inhabitants first hand. This course is taught by independent PFI instructors around the world.

Is this course for you?

You're new to Freediving or typically dive in the shallows. You want to increase your breath-hold and your ability to dive deeper and stay longer. You aren’t familiar with Freediving safety. If so then this is the course for you!

Format / Duration

Basic Freediver is held over 2-days, 8-hrs / days
includes: 2 classroom sessions, 2 pool sessions, 2 open water sessions

Prerequisites

Swimming or snorkeling experience
Good health and fitness
12 years of age with guardian permission

$345.00 US and includes the following:
