Instructs competent and comfortable freedivers, who have successfully completed the PFI Intermediate Freediver course, in advanced safety and problem management with a high emphasis on advanced Freediving techniques, training and equipment. You will earn EFR First Aid, CPR and Oxygen administration certification. Participants learn how to develop training programs to better the freediver’s physical and mental performance.

Is this course for you?

You’re an experienced comfortable freediver and have taken the Performance Freediving Intermediate Freediver course. This course has a high focus on technique development and open water constant ballast training. You want to learn advanced level training programs and desire to train in a safe and highly supervised environment. Freediving competition strategies and procedures are important to help you become a proficient Freediver/competitor. If so then this is the course for you!
